Obesity refers to a medical condition where an individual amasses a lot of body fat to a point where the fat starts to have negative impacts on the health and well being of that person.   • Gluten obesity. This type of obesity is most common in women who are pregnant or who are going through hormonal change, or menopause. Gluten obesity usually causes a lot of health issues.
  • Food obesity. When people overeat for one reason or another, they usually get a type of obesity that is referred to as food obesity. This is especially common in those individuals who have a tendency of consuming lots of junks and other unhealthy foods.
  • Atherogenic obesity. This is where fat accumulates in the stomach area of an individual which is very serious as it usually leads to breathing problems and affects other organs as well. Those people who have this type of obesity are highly advised to avoid drinking alcohol.

Obesity treatments that are currently available have two which are to help you maintain a healthy weight and to help you achieve a healthy weight. The most effective way of dealing with obesity is to make changes to your diet so as to help you to lose weight. These means reducing consumption of refined carbohydrates, sugar, and long-chain fats and instead start eating more veggies, proteins such as fish and healthy fats such as avocados, olive oils, and nuts.
