Is the number of perfection, so it is no coincidence that the number 7 is used in a wide range of applications and/or instruction
Step 1. Drink plenty of water, at least 7-7oz. glasses in a 24 hour period
Step 2. Eat raw vegetables whenever possible, the darker/greener the better, vitamin K is found in the darker green vegetables providing a number of health benefits which include bone protection from osteoporosis.
Step 3. Exercise regularly, whenever possible, as much as possible, 7 days a week if possible at least 7 minutes a day, exercise must be in accordance with your current endurance/condition as recommended by your health adviser
Step 4. Meditate/Pray based on your believe at least 7 minutes a day at the beginning of your day, always choosing a positive thought and preferably aim towards the well being of others, when you are considering to other you are considering yourself.
Step 5. Help, help help, service, service, service others without expecting anything in return. Having in mind the Golden Rule ( do onto others as you wish they would do on to you)
Step 6. Get sufficient sleep every night, ideally 7 hours, everybody requires different amounts of sleep, a good rule of thumb is you must feel energized and not tire when you are ready to take on your day
Step 7. Be grateful 7×7 or 70×7, for being alive, for every blessing you are granted every new day. Every breath You take is a breath of life and a miracle enjoy it!!!
